“Ashford Formula” 5 Point System
Step 1. Application
The “Ashford Formula” 5 POINT System Flood the area to be treated, broom to break the surface tension, wait until the Ashford begins to “gel” (aprox. 15-30 minutes) lightly spray with water, broom again to re-activate the Ashford and squeegee off the remaining residue. Lightly respray the treated area again with water and rinse to remove any remaining residue, highly burnished concrete may require a second rinse.
This application, Cures, Seals, Hardens&Dust Proofs the treated Concrete, Permanently & helps protect the concrete slabs during the building process, an Ashford Formula treated floor never needs re-coating, will not Scratch, Peel, Tear, Blister, De-laminate or Wear.
Caution: Good house keeping must be carried out in the initial stages of construction, care must be taken to wipe up oil spills and other contaminates when they occur.
Step 2. Clean
Prior to Hand over, at the end of the Project, the initial Ashford treated floor receives a Mechanical Sweep & Scrub to remove dirt and other contaminants from after trades ready for the next step.
Step 3. Spiff Coat
As concrete is inconsistent a “Spiff” coat of Ashford Formula which will rejuvenate the sheen that had been dulled during the Construction process An Ashford Formula treated floor with a sheen that will still get better with time and use, the more use an Ashford floor receives the better it performs and will never need to be re-coated.
Step 4. Buffing
Your Certified Ashford Formula Applicator mechanically Buffs the treated floor so the Builder can hand his Client a typical Ashford Formula floor.
Step 5. Warranty
The Certified Ashford Formula Applicator will send all Q.A Sheets to Ashford Formula (Qld) Pty. Ltd and a Manufactures Twenty (20) Year Warranty is issued.
