PRODUCT:

Multiseal CPS is a Methelacrylate Co-Polmer Acrylic Sealer with a UV. Inhibitor to reduce yellowing, which has been specially formulated for use on Car Parks and Service Station Driveways where a non dusting impervious hard wearing surface is required.

PURPOSE:

To seal porous building surfaces and floors to create a non dusting, hard wearing surfaces. Composed of Acrylic Emulsions and Solvents, C.P.S. produces a resinous, water permeable material which, when applied to Concrete Car Park floors, Service Station Driveways, Pathways and Exposed Aggregate Concrete, renders the surface durable and impermeable to Mineral Oils and other contaminants, is Petrol resistant and reduces Rubber Migration.

COATING PERFORMANCE:

Whilst Warranted for 12 months from Peeling or De-Lamination the life expectancy of the product is given 5 to 7 years (clear) and 4 to 6 years (coloured) depending on the sharpness of turning areas. Coverage rates will depend on the nature and porosity of the Substrate. As a guide 4.5m2. to 6.m2. per ltr.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

All surfaces to be coated with Multiseal C.P.S. must be clean, dry and free from contaminants. Where substrates require a certain amount of “make good” to ensure the performance of the product is achieved, we recommend Cemiticious materials be used.
